1. Start by rolling out your favourite mat.

2. Stand on its edge and bring your hands together to make a prayer pose, and inhale and exhale as you

stand tall for a minute.

3. Now move your arms upward over your head in the prayer pose as you inhale and stretch your body (Raised arms pose)

4. Now exhale as you bend forward in a forward bend pose, place your palms straight on the mat nd your legs straight, for a good spinal stretch for some deep breaths.

5. Now inhale and at the same time raise your head in a flat back position where your hands are on your knees.

6. Now place your hands back on the mat and move your legs back, and attain a plank pose. Inhale and exhale for a minute.

7. Now come into a lower cobra pose, where your head is raised, chest is touching the mat, nd the whole body is straight in a stretching position, inhale and exhale for 30 seconds.

8. Now come into an upward-facing dog position, where your upper body is raised upward, placing the palms straight on the mat, and your thighs and knees are flat, touching the mat and toes pointing downward, touching the mat.

9. Focus on your breathing for another minute.
