Course Overview
Our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is built on the foundation of traditional yoga, offering a deep and immersive learning experience. This is where we refine the art of teaching, focusing on precise alignment, effective cues, and the integration of advanced pranayama techniques. The program includes the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga, along with deeper explorations of Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Krama Yoga. Beyond physical practice, we engage in profound philosophical discussions & meditation that enhance both understanding and application. This is not just an extension of a 200-hour training—it’s a completely different journey. Over the course of four weeks, we introduce an entirely new level of study, designed to challenge and elevate your practice. The training is intense, requiring dedication and commitment, but it is open to anyone who has already completed their 200-hour certification. If you’re ready to go deeper, refine your skills, and expand your knowledge, this course is for you.
Our school, Yoga Gau, is registered with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon completing this course, you will receive an internationally recognized certification, allowing you to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). This certification opens doors for you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.

We provide wholesome vegetarian meals with vegan options, as well as eggs for those who wish to include them. Our meals are designed to offer a balanced diet with the right amount of protein to support your practice and well-being.
Inspired by Ayurveda, our food is prepared with a thoughtful balance of spices to nourish and harmonize the doshas. We follow a sattvic approach—offering fresh, light, and pure foods that promote clarity, vitality, and inner balance.
