Course Overview

Our 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a great way to start your yoga journey, especially if you are new to yoga or if you don’t have a lot of time. It is also perfect for people who are already practicing but cannot commit to a full 200-hour or 300-hour course. You will learn important practices like Ushad Krama (cleansing techniques), Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and Vinyasa Flow. We also include yoga philosophy and teachings that connect your body, breath, and mind. This course is not just a training—it is a challenge. It’s made to help you grow, build discipline, and understand yoga in a real and practical way. Many of my students have found this course very meaningful, and I hope it will help you too. Varkala is a small village in South India. It is famous for its stunning natural beauty with beautiful beaches and lush green landscapes. It's the home of Ayurveda and is a spiritual and peaceful place, perfect for practising and learning yoga.

Generally, our Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC) are rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. However, our approach goes beyond, offering in-depth learning and practice in these modalities. We extend the curriculum to cover additional styles like Yin Yoga, Acro Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and more, ensuring a comprehensive understanding. Moreover, we delve into essential aspects such as pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodologies, as well as the exploration of mantras and mudras.

No need to worry—many of our YTTC participants join with the sole intention of deepening their yoga practice within a shorter timeframe. Becoming a yoga teacher isn't their primary goal.

To make the most of the course, having prior knowledge of yoga is recommended. However, we welcome everyone, from beginners to the very advanced. Each person progresses at their own pace, and we are here to support you in reaching your best version.

Yes, all the classes are taught in English.

Our average class size ranges from 15 to 20 students. We believe this is the ideal number to ensure effective individual attention while fostering a lively and engaging group dynamic.

The course is challenging, but we customize our approach to accommodate the varied skill levels of each participant.

Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) International Airport pickup is included in the course price. If you're arriving at any other airport, we can arrange a taxi for you at an additional cost.
