Born and raised in Rishikesh, I was deeply immersed in spirituality from a young age. However, as I explored different yoga traditions, I noticed that many of the places where I learned were not open to the evolving needs of the modern yoga world.

This was one of the key reasons behind starting our Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC)—to bridge tradition with innovation, honoring the ancient wisdom while embracing a more adaptable and inclusive approach.

Our goal is to offer a balanced experience, blending the depth of Eastern tradition with the practicality of Western perspectives, while building a strong yoga community that grows together.
