Being born and brought up in Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the world, I always felt a deep connection with yoga. Every bit of this holy city is filled with the spirit of yogic practices, and people of Rishikesh practice yoga as a daily ritual. I too felt the power of this timeless wisdom since childhood and started learning yoga from a very early age from different traditions and lineages. It helped me understand the deeper meaning set deep inside the eight limbs of Yoga.


However, after years of learning and practice, I realized the gap between traditional teaching methods and the modern learning needs of students. So to bridge the space, I started YOGA GAU, a yoga school that teaches various levels of yoga teacher training courses in Kerala and Rishikesh.
