How to Practice Virasana

Purvasanas: You can start with Bandhakonasana or Balasana as preparatory poses.
Steps
1. Roll out your mat, kneel down on the floor.
2. Now you have to place your knees right under your buttocks.
3. Now bring your hands to your knees. Join your knees together.
4. Now you are in a seated position.
5. Make sure that there is a gap between both of your feet.
6. The gap between your feet must be more than your hip width.
7. Now, you have to press your feet on the ground. After that, sit on your butts.
8. Now try rolling the muscles of your calves away.

11. The inner part, the inner area of your ankles, should be protected using your knees.
